Strategy and Execution. Same Page Solutions (SPS) works with clients to design and implement effective strategic planning and alignment practices. SPS brings executive teams together to understand the current strategic environment, develop a clear vision and strategy, link the strategy with goals set throughout the organization, regularly monitor results, and make course-corrections over time.

Cultural Analysis and Change. SPS works with clients to manage functional and dysfunctional aspects of their organizational culture (i.e., values, beliefs, and behavior) to achieve strategic objectives. A Cultural Analysis can be performed to assess the cultural fit between two companies before a merger or acquisition or a Culture Change Process can be implemented to establish shared values and norms that improve effectiveness.

Team and Intergroup Effectiveness. SPS works with teams to solve specific business problems or improve their group dynamics and overall effectiveness. Services include: designing and facilitating meetings; clarifying a team’s mission, goals, roles, and responsibilities; coaching teams and their leaders on effective team and meeting management skills; and improving intergroup planning and coordination.

Leadership Capability. SPS helps clients identify critical leadership capabilities required to advance their business strategy. Plans are generated and implemented to develop the required leadership capabilities in a way that minimizes time away from work and maximizes on-the-job learning. Examples:
